On Monday Night , Young Jeezy released "Death B4 Dishonor," the first song from his upcoming mixtape, 1,000 Grams, Vol. 1. On it, he raps over Rick Ross' "(B.M.F.) Blowin' Money Fast" instrumental, which quickly fueled heavy speculation among fans that the Snowman was actually dissing the Bawse. Jeezy settled the question straight-up on Tuesday (August 10).

"It's not a dis," Jizzle told MTV News via phone from ATL. "First of all, I'm not gonna get nothing out of dissing that guy. That's one. What am I gonna get out of dissing him? I think sometimes people can read into things too deep. They trippin', man. They crazy out there. Basically, if homie takes that as a dis, he's insecure.

"When it comes to that [Black Mafia Family] situation, I'm gonna talk about it a little flyer anyway," Young added. "I happen to know that situation very well. But basically ['Death B4 Dishonor'], it's off a mixtape that's coming out. My mixtape is coming out on Thursday, it's called 1,000 Grams. I took all the records I liked and flipped them my way. It's a gang of records on there like that. It's like 12 joints, all records that I heard in the club that I like and flipped them my way.

While Jeezy doesn't mention Ross by name on "Death B4 Dishonor," one of the lines fueling the speculation questions: "How you Blowin' Money Fast?/ You don't know the crew/ Oh, you part of the fam?/ Sh--, I never knew."

"That's for real," Jeezy explained. "That's for anybody. I got n---as in prison behind that sh--. I feel that if you speaking on sh--, you gotta at least know who you talking about. That's like n---as speaking on Cash Money: If he ain't never been a part of Cash Money, [then] I'mma speak it better if I'm a part of Cash Money. To me, [Black Mafia Family] was real. I know all the members. Who else would say a line like that but me? I'm one of the few people who can say that, so I said it. That's real life, though. You gotta know the crew, baby. I thought that was the purpose of the game: to get on records and talk your sh--, right?

"Subliminals, for what?" the Snowman added. What's understood ain't gotta be said. I didn't think people would take the record like that. I did it like I would have any Shawty Lo record, any Rocko record, whoever. I got on [Ross' beat] and did it like how I do it, the best way I know how. I don't know if because the BMF situation is for real for me that everybody is like, 'Ooh. Oh, sh--.' Twitter is a muthaf---a, by the way." Young also described Ross' "(B.M.F.)" as "dope" and said he was bound to jump on the record one way or another, either officially or through the mixtape circuit, which he ultimately did. On 1,000 Grams, Vol. 1

"It was one of those things, you get in a zone and wanna get some sh-- off," he said of the DJ Scream-hosted tape. "I wanted to have some fun. Get in the booth, smoke me one or two."

The Baltimore Ravens, their unflappable rookie quarterback Joe Flacco and their equally calm rookie head coach Jim Harbaugh are going into unchartered waters: the AFC championship game.

Flacco has become the first rookie QB to win two playoff games by engineering the Ravens' 13-10 win over top-seeded Tennessee in the AFC divisional playoff game. Flacco wasn't spectacular but he was steady, completing 11-of-22 for 161 yards and one TD. Flacco answered an early Titans' TD by tossing a 48-yard scoring strike to former Titans receiver Derrick Mason in the opening quarter.

Matt Stover's 43-yard field goal with 53 seconds left lifted the sixth-seeded Ravens into next Sunday's AFC championship game with a 13-10 win over the mistake-riddled Tennessee Titans, the top seed in the AFC. The winning kick came after Flacco led a 51-yard drive in the dying minutes.

Baltimore's physical defense forced three turnovers. The error-free Ravens improved to 13-5 while the Titans' season ends at 13-4. The 13-10 final score was the same score by which the Titans beat the Ravens during the regular season.

The wild-card Ravens will play at either Pittsburgh or San Diego next weekend for a shot at their first Super Bowl trip since winning it after the 2000 season

HERE ARE FEW WORDS FROM WORDSMITH FOR UP AND COMING ARTIST LIKE MYSELF

It's been a minute ladies and gentlemen, but I promise to drop some good info to the masses on a weekly basis from this point on. Okay…lets get this started people; I want to talk about promoting your stage show so you can travel the world. As an unsigned artist I have been fortunate enough to perform in the UK, Texas, Virginia, DC, Maryland, Philly, New Jersey, New York, Boston, Detroit, & California. How was I able to do this? Simple, I actually put together a very entertaining show that creates a shock and awe effect. If an artist thinks they can go on a stage and rap over their recorded lyrics or just stand in the middle of the stage, you will probably only do 5 shows a year. I'm sorry, but you can't market yourself through shows if you perform and everyone forgets about you the next day and that will happen if the crowd doesn't see anything different then they can get from a signed artist. Look at it like this, if you're unsigned it's to your benefit to go out there and be prepared to wow the audience. I always looked at shows like a live music video because it is a way to express your songs concept and vision. We all have our own niche on stage; mine incorporates theater because that's what I got my degree in while in college. I'm not telling anyone to follow my lead, instead use it as a method to think outside of the box. If you go out there and express your music through careful movements, good mic projection, and interaction with the crowd, seventy five percent of the time you will get booked for another show on the spot. I can say that because it has happen to me numerous times. Believe me those doors will open systematically and you will be getting booked in bigger venues and opening for signed acts. I never say I know all when I speak about this marketing thing, but at the most I would like to change the way the average unsigned artist looks at shows. Still, it will help if you check out my first 3 blogs because promoting your brand/music will help boost your shows even more. Don't forget, make sure you go to
